We are running some Drill Riding sessions which Sarah Brown has kindly agreed to organise.

They are taking place at Askham Bryan on 17^th August, 24^th August, 19th October 2023 between 7.00 and 8.00 pm with Sue Tarling.

Sue  Tarling  is a new instructor to the club and is a  BHS level 3 coach and was formally a Mounted Police officer with the West Yorkshire police.

During that time she was a training officer as well as a remount (new horse recruit) rider/trainer. And attended football matches, display rides and city centre patrols in her  normal working day .

She retired 8 years ago and since then has been involved with training members of the Badsworth and Bramham Pony Club and regularly teaches drill riding  at Outwoods Livery yard where she keeps her  own horses.

She previously evented up-to BE Intermediate level.  Although now prefers to do competitions at riding club level

Please support these sessions if you can, it will be a fun experience to try something different.
