BRC Area 4 summer Camp – Booking form Bishop Burton College 17 -20th August 2017

The camp is open to ALL BRC MEMBERS please remember to supply your Current BRC number

All levels will be catered for so please ensure you give accurate information to help plan the

The Trainers booked are Sue Chadwick, Sue Ringrose, Fay Row, Ian Bennett, David Llewellyn,
Russ Underwood, Tori Peter, Claire Senior, Andrew Day others tbc

DEPOSIT £50.
BALANCE £230 due by MONDAY 10th JULY 2017

The camp will run over 3 1/2 days. Your stable will be available from 12 noon onwards.
You will be able to get yourself and your horse settled, and if you wish, take advantage and
enjoy the Bishop Burton Estate farm ride. (there are no jumps en-route)

There are 4 options this year:
DRESSAGE ONLY – 2 lessons per day with choice of trainer, plus a demo test riding session
DRESAGE & SJ ONLY – 2 lessons per day.
XC & SJ ONLY – 2 lessons per day.
DRESSAGE/SJ/XC – 2 lessons per day.
for the above option you will be with the same trainer throughout camp.
Separate individual sessions can be arranged by swopping a jump lesson
YOUR STABLE will have 2 bales of shavings in when you arrive. If you would like more you
are welcome to bring your own or you can buy more on site. Extras can be ordered on the
form below in ‘EXTRAS’
HAYLAGE is included – 2 nets per horse per day. If your horse requires more, then you are
welcome to bring your own. Unfortunately we do not provide HAY so again if you feed hay
you will need to bring your own.

Food is provided by the college with continental breakfast, lunch, which will be jacket potato
with a choice of fillings, and an evening meal served in the ‘Paddocks’ restaurant.
Breakfast and lunch will be srved in ‘Canters’ opposite BBA arena
You are welcome to bring your own ‘liquid refreshment’ but we are not allowed to consume
this in the paddocks resteraunt. There is a fully licenced bar in the resteraunt and will be
open for our use.
If the weather is kind…fingers crossed, then we will BBQ one evening on the ‘lawn’
There is a booking form for ‘GUEST’S’ meals
The college have very good toilet and shower facilities close to the car/lorry park.

THERE WILL BE DEMOS AND ENTERTAINMENT ON AN EVENING DURING CAMP.
