Remember
to check that your horse’s vaccinations are up to date!
You must carry your horse’s passport when attending competitions!
Lessons will usually be
for 2 people sharing for 40 minutes. The price will vary depending
on the cost of the venue, the instructor and the number of members taking part
but will usually be in the region of £12.00 for 2 people sharing for 40 minutes
or £10.00 for 4 people sharing for 1 hour. As always priority will be
given to members booking the whole course but individual lessons may be booked
subject to availability.

highest placed Nidd members qualify for the final at Refreshments: Hot and cold refreshments available all day Hats: Hats to PAS 015 or EN 1384 (or prefixed with ASTM or SEI letters) standard must be word with the chin strap fastened at all times when mounted. Numbers: Available @ £5 hire charge.
Liability: As per the British Riding Clubs Rule book. Event Rules: The Event is being run under the 2010 Riding Club rule. Age: Horses and ponies must be 5 yrs old or over. Points: Horses with 50 or more BD points cannot enter Prelim classes. Horses with 124 or more cannot enter Prelim, Novice classes. Juniors: If sufficient entries, ponies and horses will be split. be for 4 people for 1 hour and cost £11.00 per person. Russ is a
new instructor to the Club and teaches all abilities from novices to the more
experienced. In the 80’s he worked for Mike Saywell (ex. Euro and
Olympic rider) followed by 2 years at Malcolm Pyrahs (GB No. 1 and Olympic
rider) as his No. 2 rider and head lad.
He is currently teaching several local pony and riding clubs, running
weekly clinics at Ledston EC teaching up to 1.4m and eventers to Novice. Along with his partner Lara he runs a yard
for competition training and schooling and has 11 horses in competing from
