The lessons can be either Poles or Poles/Jumping depending on participants preference (please state if you would prefer to do Poles or Poles/Jumping)

Lessons will be 55mins with 3 sharing at a cost of £20 each.

Lessons must be paid for at time of booking and are non refundable unless a replacement can be found.

Please arrive in good time for lessons as they must run to the allotted time schedule and unfortunately cannot be extended.

Lessons are on a first come first serve basis and bookings are only confirmed once payment has been made.

We appreciate that the coronavirus outbreak will continue to be a major concern and we need to ensure that we consider the impact on all of our members, instructors, volunteers and facility providers.  We would urge all of our members to heed the official advice, particularly for those who fall into any of the potential ‘high risk’ categories, including the elderly, pregnant women and those who have underlying health conditions.
